RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS LICENSES

Authorizes the posession, storage, maintenance, repair, and decontamination of contaminated equipment and materials at Alaron's operations
facility and other temporary job sites of the license where the NRC maintains jurisdiction. This license also authorizes Alaron to possess up to 1,000
curies of sealed sources.

Authorizes Alaron to possess, store, repair, and decontaminate equipment and components which are contaminated with naturally occurring,
or accelerator-produced radioactive material (NARM) with atomic numbers 1 through 96, inclusive. Additionally, our PA license also allows
us to have up to 1000 curies of sealed sources and to receive, process, and package dry LSA.

EPA DETERMINATION OF ACCEPTABILITY
Alaron received written notification on October 9,1994, that an EPA review of Alaron's operations facility (as required by 40CFR300.440, and CERCLA section 121(d)(3)) was completed.
- The notice states:
- "...has determined that the ALARON Corporation Facility,Wampum Pennsylvania, EPA ID NO. PAD987400157 is an acceptable
facility for receipt of any hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant as defined under Sections 101(14) and (33) of the
Comprehensive Environment Response, Compensation and Liability Act herinafter "CERCLA waste" generated as a result of removal action under CERCLA"
RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Alaron will accept material for storage or processing which meets our standard acceptance criteria, can be safely stored or processed, and meets
Alaron license and contractual criteria. Material which does not meet general or specific acceptance criteria included in this procedure, RSF-OP-249,
may be accepted after evaluation and approval of the material.
